We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on shipments. Please contact us at elusivejams@gmail.com for instructions on how to receive a credit or replacement for any damaged item. Please provide a description and images of the damage to expedite the replacement or credit.

When you purchase products from elusivejams.com, we collect your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order. In fulfilling your order, we only share your personal information with outside parties to the extent necessary to fulfill your order. When you send a gift and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's name and postal address. We use this information to ship the product and confirm delivery. Information you provide us to create a gift message is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift. WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

For wholesale inquires, please email us at elusivejams@gmail.com. We do not use any third-party distributors. Wholesale orders and fulfillment are managed by us directly. If you suspect fraud or are contacted by a vendor offering to wholesale our brand or products, please contact us immediately. 

PAYMENT METHODS

- We accept all credit / debit cards. Please see our terms and conditions before placing an order. We do not store payment information.

- Offline Payments, such as checks, PayPal and other payment methods can be made in advance. Please contact us directly if you wish to pay by these methods.

All forms of payment must be cleared and funds received before any order will ship or be available for pickup.
