Our dear friends at Three Strands Vineyard in Dallas, Georgia commissioned us to craft an exclusive jelly using their delicious Train Wreck pineapple coconut wine. We combined this with more fresh pineapples and a generous amout of jalapenos. We may have underestimated how many batches a case of wine would yield so we have a few extra jars to offer online to our Elusive customers. This tropical jelly pairs well with cheese boards, baked brie, ice cream, cream cheese and crackers, a spicy glaze for fish or shrimp and grits.
