Inspired by our popular Dark Chocolate Strawberry Merlot Jam, we sought to create something similar, yet, uniquely different. The tart raspberries pair perfectly with our favorite cabernet wine and sweet white chocolate. This jam is great on pancakes, waffles, ice cream or cheese cake. It's a game changer on hot brownies. It also makes an incredible peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Or you could just eat it by the spoonful.
