Our Spiced Pear Jam is made from sweet Georgia pears mixed with a special blend of spices. Our pears come from trees my father planted in Douglasville, Georgia. In addition to biscuits and toast, this jam makes an excellent ham glaze. This "pears" well with chicken, fish and vegetables too.
