Smoking Hot Date with Sherry Jam is a small batch of Elusive's Seasonal Jam that is made from dates that are cold smoked for a few hours and then soaked with sherry, blended with even more Georgia Grown peppers: ghosts, scorpions, reapers, cheyenne, scotch bonnets, habaneros and jalapeños. Then we add a sweet kiss of our own honey. This pairs well with cream chesse and crackers or as a glaze for chicken, pork, salmon and wings.
