Smoked Blueberry Blackberry Whiskey Jam

THIS JAM HAS A VERY DISTINCT SMOKE TASTE! DUE TO THE COST, TIME AND PROCESS IT TAKES TO MAKE THIS BOLD FLAVOR, WE ONLY CRAFT A SMALL BATCH OF THIS JAM ONCE A YEAR AND IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE OR DIRECTLY FROM US AT OUR TENT EVENTS.

We sourced the finest blueberries from Alma, Georgia and picked the plumpest blackberries from our farm. Then we slow smoked the berries over cherry wood and apple juice for several hours. Finally the mix was left to cool for a while in a special blend of whiskey and spices before we took it to Jake's to make the jam. 

For the label art, we collaborated with my creative WarnerBrothers Discovery colleague and Texas native who designs the coolest tattoos. 

This product was produced at a residential property that is exempt from state inspection. This product may contain allergens.
