Raspberries were the first fruits we harvested from our our Georgia farm. We only harvested a few gallons of fruit the first year which yielded a few cases of jam. Since then, our canes have increased their production and this flavor has been well received. This jam is great on pancakes, waffles, ice cream or cheese cake. It also makes an incredible peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Or you could just eat it by the spoonful.
