This recipe was inspired by a dessert my mom makes. It was a family comfort food during quarentine and we decided to modify it into a jam for all to enjoy. Aptly named by our youngest daugher, PEARadise, because the flavor takes you away from reality. PEARadise Jam is crafted with local Georgia pears, South Georgia Pecans and fresh pineapples. The buttery sweet flavor is excellent on everything. This is one jam you can just sit and enjoy with a spoon, but we encourage you to share.
