I was fortunate to spend a month in London this past summer training Olympic production staff with my other full time job. Chutneys are a common staple in England and I had several that were delicious and a few that were simply bland. I spent some time in the famous London Borough Market researching various flavors and spices and talking to other jam and jelly craftsmen. When I returned, I wanted to create my own savory chutney with a southern twist. This very limited batch is crafted with Georgia peaches and vidalia onions and a ton of spices. 
It will certainly elevate your pork chops, ribs or chicken to the next level.
