Muscadines are a delicous snack in the south. I love collecting a handful of wild grapes on my way to the deer stand or collect a few in the yard to munch on while cutting the grass. If you discover a vine, consider yourself fortunate. This small batch of jam was crafted with muscadines from a wild vine by my father's garden.  They are only in season for a brief time, so we decided to preserve this flavor in a jar so you can enjoy year round. The smooth, sweet flavor of this jam is excellent on everything.  It will certainly take your PB&J to a new level.
