Our Mayhaw Jam is a very simple four ingredient receipe. It's made with mayhaws from Jem's out of Valdosta, Georgia. We crank them through an antique Squeezo to remove the stems and seeds. Then we add sugar, lemon juice and pectin. This is crafted in very limited batches and is only available online.
