CAUTION! THIS JELLY IS EXTREMELY HOT! This spicy jam was crafted with pears from our farm and peppers from our garden. Several crazy folks kept asking us to craft a hot pepper jelly so we accepted the challenge. This jelly has an insane percentage of Carolina Reaper, Ghosts and Scotch Bonnet peppers. This sweet heat jam is excellent on bagels with cream cheese. It also serves as a fine compliment to charcuterie boards or as a glaze for wings.
And yes, we know how to spell but after a bite of this jelly your eyes might water, speech may slur and you might not spell your own name correctly either.
