Hot Date with Brandy Jam is a small batch of Elusive's Seasonal Jam that is made from California Dates that have been infused with brandy, blended with five Georgia Grown peppers: ghost peppers, cheyenne peppers, serrano peppers habaneros and jalapeños. Then we add a touch of local wildflower honey. This pairs well with cream chesse and crackers or as a glaze for chicken, pork, salmon and wings.
