We broke our "must compliment meat" motto and crafted an ambrosial jam using the sweetest strawberries sourced from South Georgia. We soaked them in our favorite merlot and then added dark chocolate to the mix for the most delicious combination. This jam is great on pancakes, waffles, ice cream or cheese cake. It also makes an incredible peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Or you could just eat it by the spoonful.
