Our Blackberry Bordeaux Jam is crafted with berries from our farm that are soaked in fine bordeaux wine. The deep rich flavor is excellent on biscuits, toasts, ice cream, and cheese cake. Plus this jam makes an excellent meat glaze. Note, we do not extract the seeds from our blackberry jams.
